All American Cheesecake

All American Cheesecake This is a quick and easy holiday dessert. Delicious too. Ingredients 1 - 12 oz container Cool Whip 1/3 cup white sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 - 8 oz package cream cheese, softened 1 - 9 inch graham cracker pie crust 1 qt strawberries 1 cup white chocolate chips Directions In a large mixing bowl, combine Cool Whip, sugar, vanilla and cream cheese. Mix thoroughly. Pour into graham cracker pie crust. Chill for at least three hours. Clean and slice strawberries. Chill strawberries until ready to serve the cheesecake. Pour strawberries over pie. Heat the white chocolate chips in the microwave. Drizzle white chocolate over the strawberries and serve. Serves 6 to 8. Variations: * Use sliced peaches or nectarines instead of strawberries. * Use apple pie filling instead of strawberries, top with ice cream caramel sauce and walnuts instead of white chocolate chips. * Mix ice cream chocolate sauce into the filling, top with caramel sauce and
