Advice to a Newbie Teacher

Last year a very strong student teacher observed me and my Lunatic Freshmen several times. I thought it was great I put her right to work (Nobody only observes in my classroom if I can help it.) Because she had done such an terrific job in her student teaching, we hired her as quickly as we could to replace her supervising teacher, Ms. Amazing, who retired in June. In order to gain special retirement benefits, Ms. Amazing will put in twenty days at the beginning of this school year helping our Newbie Teacher get her feet on the ground.I just received an email from NT asking . . . well, here, just read it yourself.
