what about the end of the world?

What would I do if the world as we know it suddenly ended tomorrow? We were talking about how the Earth may evolve and some of the causes and changes that would occur because of global warming, shifting tectonic plates, you know just your basic “end of the world” discussion. Where would be safe to be? How would you survive? Do I even think I would survive such a catastrophe? These really are issues that I have no control over. I can do my part in recycling, using less carbon based fuels, using public transportation, being involved in my community and loving those that I connect with. Put together my emergency 72 hour kit. These are things I can control and can do. Keeping the possible end of the world in the front of my mind is not. If I thought about this on a daily basis I would never get out of bed- or even worse out from under my bed- (because what if the roof caved in on me while I was in my bed) I cannot live my life in constant fear of the unknown.
