The sixth anniversary of September 11 is just past, and it's a good time to look at where we are, and what to do in coming years. Glenn Reynolds and Helen Smith spoke to Harvard Law Professor Jack Goldsmith, whose new book, The Terror Presidency: Law and Judgment Inside the Bush Administration, tells the story of his experience working at the Defense Department and as head of the Office of Legal Counsel at the Department of Justice, and also looks at how the decisionmaking process relating to terror is being "strangled by law."
