A Trip to Tannourine |

On Friday morning, April 25, I had to go on a trip with our parishioners. We were 84 people. It was hard for me to entertain myself because my thoughts went first to my superior who was still lying at the hospital and to my friend whose mother died this morning.We went first to visit St. Sharbel's place where we had Mass together. Then, we went to Bcheele (Oldest Olive trees in the world: 4000 BC + Sacred Heart's Shrine), Douma (known for its ice cream), and Tannourine where we had lunch at the river. We concluded our trip in Byblos, at the beach.Later, in the evening, phone calls showered me: we have two funerals tomorrow in the parish. May God help meeeeeeeeee. [ Full article ] |
