A Man Has a Website About Trolling for Children and Nothing Can Be Done |

At least nothing can be done as of yet. In a truly stomach-aching story out of Los Angeles, a man, Jack McClellan, has been running websites for several years where he depicts how and where he likes to troll for children. McClellan, on previous websites, had been posting nonsexual pictures of young children, describing places and events where such children can be found and promoting pedophilia. All of this seems far to unconscionable to be legal in a country that has a show like "To Catch a Predator" and legislation like the Child Online Protection Act--but so far as anyone knows, McClellan's activities are within the bounds of the law.While posting pictures of children in sexual situations is a felony, posting them fully clothed in everyday situations is not, even in the context of sexualizing them by proxy, so to speak, First Amendment scholars said.
