A little girl and sloppy parenting is not good for a child. Another little girl with a good parent what a difference. The little girl. Recently we stopped at a local hair solon for haircuts. This is the type of place where no appointments are needed; you simply sign in and wait. There was a 20-minute wait, so we went out to our car and waited. We went back into the shop after about 15-minutes. She was whining as we came back in. The child was about 6 years old. The cosmetologist told her no she could not have the item because she had not been quite and still during the haircut. She continued the whining.
