An 88-year old man finally received the Eagle Scout award that he earned more than 70 years ago.Walter Hart earned 23 of 120 merit badges in 1923. 21 badges are needed to achieve Eagle Scout.However, in between the time he was to receive his reward and completing the requirements, he went off to war....the US Navy. He rediscovered his old Boy Scout memorabilia last year while rooting through old stuff.
