What? Only 8 minutes a Day? Yes. How do I do that? I'm glad you asked. It's very simple: 8 Minutes to a Tight Ass Minute Exercise Advanced 1 Squats Add hand weights 2 Quadruped hip extensions Add ankle weights 3 Lunges Add hand weights 4 Hip Raises Add speed For optimum results, you should do this routine twice a day, 4 days per week. I've started working with this routine for about 2 weeks and can already feel it in both legs and ass. I spread out these, first routine is in the morning, and then, the second late in the afternoon. Currently, I'm using hand (8lb) and ankle (1.5lb) weights. Be careful to monitor yourself, and if you need to, rest between each minute.
