A client was going to build a skyscraper and the construction never happened. They pre-purchased the building facade which includes over 48,000 pieces of granite in various shapes and sizes. The property where these materials are stored is also for sale.We will not sell individual slabs or pieces. We are looking for someone who can try to buy the entire lot of granite (or at least a significant portion) .Location of property and granite is:2 miles east of I4515 miles south of dallas1300 Malloy Bridge Road in dallas county in jurisdiction of seagoville Pricing negotiable. Buyer to pay for all handling, loading and transportation. Buyer to provide manpower and equipment to load onto Buyers Trucks. We CANNOT provide any assistance so Buyer needs to be able to load and transport themselves. We feel most of the granite slabs could be re-used as counter/table tops or cut into tiles.
