Al “The Trashman” Pollard Looking Forward to Nov. 7th?

Looks like Sparky Pollard is already making plans for life after the campaign for the 28th Senate District. All but certain to be conceding to Senator-elect Richard Stuart on Nov. 6, it looks like Al has his eyes on yet another defeat. Al “The Trashman” is being mentioned as a candidate for the Democrats for the 1st Congressional District. This doesn’t happen by accident. Obviously the Dems wouldn’t look to a freshly elected State Senator who could be the one bringing control of the Senate to them to run for a higher office putting control of the Senate back at risk. So what’s ole Al going to be up to for the next two weeks? Avoid facing facts of the 28th Senate race or ramp up a run for Congress?
