Much like the game of football, my 2007 was a year of two halves. It started out so promisingly - I discovered the joys of Warcraft, yet still pulled a first overall in my second year. I got a job (no matter how shitty), I was moving in with friends, I was in two bands - in other words, Arsenal was two-nil up at half time.Then Real Madrid came out in the second half, got two of our guys sent off, and got seven past the keeper. Thanks to The Situation, I'm now back in halls, I'm well on the way to failing my degree, both bands have gone under, and I've not been this miserable since high school. Not even having my little brother join me at uni and my parents moving closer to us made the past six months any happier. In short, it's been a shocker.So, here I am, alone on the last day of the year. Hopefully I'll be able to meet up with some of my buddies later on and see in the New Year in style, but in my current disconnected state it might be tricky.
