This bluish-greenish pile of brickage sitting on the corner of Thompson and Grand on the edge of Soho first got our attention over a year ago when it was bound & gagged in preparation for some "Vertical Enlargement" and other painful adjustments. Back then it seemed a bit bluer and was just a humble little walk-up (and not to be confused with another little green guy across the river), but it's now showing up on the web as The Little Green House and is listed as a hotel of sorts. 20 Thompson stripped bare during its painful transformation. Official filings at the Department of Buildings don't indicate any change of use from residential to hotel for this one, but the address is among the "dozens of hotels -- for budgeters and billionaires alike" listed at the official Lower Manhattan Info website.
