Well here we are with just 20 days to go to the start of Millioneurosin90days.com. This project is ambitious but also worthwhile. In the news virtually every day we here about global warming, or CO2, or Fairtrade or enviromental advances in many different areas, well this project tries to take many of these areas of concern and develop them in a new way. The aim is to combine business methods and current issues and try to move forward together for a better future. I read in a newspaper today that M & S are to launch an "ECO STORE". The plan is for M & S to open its first eco store by the end of 2007 as part of commitment to become carbon neutral by 2012. The idea is to take advantage of the latest technology and apply it to a high street store, and in this case will include energy saving lighting, refridgeration which has low carbon emissions compared to present systems.
