So, while I was out buying groceries, ol' Huckabee came out and said yet another idiotic liberal statement. This one, if I was guessing, backs up his plan to amend the constitution to the word of God nicely. He came out with the ACLU line that the constitution was a "living, breathing document." Fast forward to about 4 minutes. Yikes! The funny thing is that what he said contradicts what his website says. I firmly believe that the Constitution must be interpreted according to its original meaning, and flatly reject the notion of a living Constitution. Fred Thompson says…woah, I don't think so partner! This morning I heard that one of the other candidates commented that the Constitution is a living, breathing document. Frankly, I assumed this came from Senator Clinton or Senator Obama.
