Niceville, Florida ( The Weekly Vice ) -- A 16-year-old Niceville, Florida teenager has been arrested and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery after the girl bit her mother for attempting to take the teens cell phone away.The teen, who remains unidentified because of her age, allegedly returned home past an established curfew, according to the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Department.As punishment, the teens mother attempted to take away her cell phone. That's when "a scuffle ensued" and the teen bit hard into her mother's hand, forcing her to release the phone.Deputies who responded to the complaint found the mother with two sets of teeth mark on top of her hand, which had been bloodied from the injury.The teen told deputies that she didn't do anything wrong and asked them why the "cops" were harassing her.The teen has been charged with domestic battery and violation of probation.Danny ViceThe Weekly Vicehttp://weeklyvice.blogspot.com [ Full article ] |
