MANILA, Dec. 6 -- A Philippine court convicted 14 Muslim radicals Thursday and sentenced them to life in prison for abducting a U.S. missionary couple and 18 others in kidnappings in 2001 that led to the deaths of one of the missionaries, another American and other hostages. [ Full article ] |
