You could hide them someplace secret or keep them locked up in a safe, but that just doesn't seem like enough protection for footwear worth more than some houses.Rene Caovilla, the designer behind the world's most expensive pair of shoes, had a novel idea for when the diamond-encrusted sandals were on display at Harrods in London.
