As I read this, I wonder what happened to parents disciplining their own children when they act up and do stupid, mindless things that upset others. Back in the day, the girl’s father would have paid a visit to this boy’s home and had a little talk with his parents who, embarrassed by this little outrage, would then in turn proceed to give him the third degree along with some suitable discipline. Problem solved. Ah, but since the family is trashed and we have lost all common sense and dignity, we can’t do that anymore can we? No, the Socialist Nanny State must handle all matters pertaining to the child. You must understand something here.
