Is it any wonder that the Bush family is buying up acreage in South America. Are we going to War over Oil or Water, and either way, the pipelines seemed to be getting more security. Also note on the aspect of TRANSBOUNDARY water aquifers. Turkey, etc. etc. Also, note in Dublin in 1992 that water was recognized as an Economic Good. So yes ladies and gentleman, water is for sale, and it goes to the highest bidders.
