To answer all the questions about the sheet music: I transcribed the tune by ear, using the audacity wave editor to slow things down a little. The sheet can be downloaded from my home page, which is linked from my youtube profile (because i can't put links in here). About other questions: When I shot this video, I had practiced the piece for about a week or two.
