So if this is true that Viacom did not take this down, which at this point I am inclined to agree (considering this was sent to me directly from youtube themselves and should not have been altered by them to protect Viacom, then youtube is to blame for allowing DMCA claims to be made by unverified sources and acting on them as if they were fact.
