"No 'buts'" Nick said putting one arm around Selena's waist bringing her in, and using the other to spread the jecket and cover them... but mostly Selena. Selena gave in. She couldn't do anything... he for one was being awfully nice, and his arm was around her walking her in... and it was tight anf firm. * * * "Are you gonna be okay?" Nick asked inside. "Y-yeah" selena said, shivering. "Lucy!" Nick called, "can I get some towels?" After a minute, a woman in a maid's outfit came with 5 towels. "Here you go, Mr.Jonas" the lady said. "Like I said, it's Nick. My father is Mr.Jonas" Nick explained annoyed. "As you wish, Mr.Nick" the lucy woman said. "Thank you" Nick said, motioning the maid to leave. "Here you go" Nick said giving Selena the towels. Selena took one towel looking at Nick. "What is it?" Nick asked once he noticed. "Your all wet" she said softly. "Ehh, it's no biggy" he said taking off his drenched shirt. It was weird, Selena had never seen Nick shirtless, and she... felt weird... But once she noticed she was starring at him, she quickly looked down. "Look, umm i'm sorry i uhh-that you have to put up with me, i should just be going" Selena said getting up, and walking out of the room. "But we didn't even start the porject" Nick said, actually said she would be going. "Well, I need to get to my sister" she said. "Demi?" Nick asked. "No, i have a younger sister" Selena said. "Then where's Demi?" He asked again. Selena didn't want to say anything... but she had to after all he'd done for her. "Umm, i don't know" Selena said. "Did she... pass away?" Nick asked. Selena truley did not know if she was alive, or dead. She knew nothing... it was all a mystery once they, her fmaily, had left her. "I ... Don't... Know..." "Well, umm ... wait here" Nick said rushing to a different room and getting something. Minutes after, Nick cam back with a dried shirt on, and a box with a ribon tied around it. "Here" Nick smiled, "Give this to your little sister" he said giving selena the box. "No, Nick. It's okay" she said giving him the box back. "No, it's just a couple treats for her. She probably already has all she can eat at your house, but my dad go this... it's from Los Angelos. See, he works there and comes back sometimes." Nick explained. "Los Angelos? Where is that?" Selena thought taking the box. "Well, thanks so much" Selena said, and actually smiled, it has been awhile since she smiled. Nick smiled back, "Your welcome." And out of nowhere Selena went up to Nick and hugged him whispering in his ear, "Thanks for everything, once again. But don't stay with your self-centred self. I actually like the kind you" And after that Selena left. * * * "Selena!" Madison called, running over and giving her older sister a HUGE hug. "Hey Maddi" Selena smiled. "Ooo! What's that?" Madison asked looking at the box wrapped in a red bright ribbon. "Oh, these are some chocolates just for you" "For me?!?" Selena just nodded. "How did you get them?" Madison asked jumping up and down trying to open it at the same time. Selena laughed at Madison, "Umm, a friend gave them to me." "Oooo! Someone likes you!" Madison winked. Selena laughed again, but stopped once she realized something. "Uh oh, i forgot about getting bread from Buddy!" Buddy was a baker near by. He was Selena and Madison's ONLY family around ... even through everything, he had been helping and caring for the girls. "Don't worry, Sel. You didn't come home so I went" Madison said, chewing a piece of chocolate. Selena sighed in realief, "Oh, okay. Thanks" Madison just smiled with chocolate all over. "You want some?" Selena smiled, "No thanks, i gotta go already anyways." Madison frowned, "Oh, Okay." "I'm sorry" Selena said sad. "Don't worry, but it's still early don't you think?" Madison asked. "Yeah, but because of yesterday it was really long, so they just want me to be there earlier or something" Selena stated truly confused herself. "Oh, okay" Madison said, smiling. Selena laughed, "You must really like those treats." Madison nodded eating her thrid one. "Well I better go, Bye Maddi" Selena said as she left. * * * "I'm here" Selena said to her manager. "Hello, my talented singer," Bob smiled. Selena just smiled. "Yo! Selena!" her band member in this "gig" Ethan, said. "Oh, hey!" Selena said. "You ready tonight?" He asked. 4+ Comments, please?
