He practically ran up the brick steps of her porch before ringing the doorbell. Luckily her parents werent home and she was the one to answer the door. Becca opened the door to find Joe, red faced and furious on her doorstep. Becca: Joe? Whats wrong Joe: Dont whats wrong me!! Its your fault Becca: What? Joe: (stepping inside her house and slamming the door behind him) YOU LIED TO ME!!! YOU SAID YOU WERE OK WITH ME AND JEN BEING TOGETHER!! Becca: I AM!!! Joe: THEN WHY DID SHE BREAK UP WITH ME?? OH, I KNOW!!! BECAUSE SHE FELT BAD THAT YOU WERE MISERABLE AT THE BOWLING ALLEY TODAY!!!! Becca: (lying) I WASNT MISERABLE, OR JEALOUS Joe: YOU'RE LYING THROUGH YOUR TEETH REBECCA!! Becca: DONT CALL ME THAT!!! Joe: I, JUST, DID!!! Becca: (heavily breathing through her nose, feeling her face burning with fury) Joe: Friends dont lie to each other Becca Becca: No, they dont Joe: Then we're obviously not friends Becca: Joe get over yourself, you're making a big deal out of nothing Joe: NOTHING!?!?!?!?! YOU THINK THIS WHOLE THING AMOUNTS TO NOTHING!!!! Becca: YES I DO!!! NOTHING!!! NONE! ZIP! ZILCH!! Joe: (throwing his hands in the air and walking over to the living room) DO I HAVE TO REPEAT MYSELF!!! JENNIFER BROKE UP WITH ME, BECAUSE OF YOU!!!! YOU AND YOUR SELFISH FEELINGS TOOK HER AWAY FROM ME!!! Becca: SHE CHOSE TO LEAVE YOU, THAT WASNT MY FAULT Joe: SHE SAT IN MY CAR JUST 10 MINUTES AGO AND TOLD ME THAT SHE LOVED ME MORE THAN ANYTHING, BUT SHE HAD TO LET ME GO BECAUSE SHE FELT BAD FOR TAKING ME AWAY FROM YOU!!! Becca: (not knowing what to say to that) Joe: Ya, you realize it now dont you? After she's gone Becca: Joe I cant help it that I like you as more than a friend, and you sure cant blame me for not getting over you quickly Joe: Well you need to try much MUCH harder Becca: Fine, I will Joe: And I swear to God, if she wont come back to me, I'll never speak to you again Becca: Yes you will Joe Joe: No I wont, she's everything to me, and if I lose her, I dont know what I'll do. But I do know that I'd never let you in my life again Becca: (beginning to cry) Im sorry Joe, I never meant for her to leave you Joe: But she did, and to make things worse, she ran off down the road and I have no idea if she's ok Becca: (crying harder) Joe: YA LIFE SUCKS DOESNT IT!!! Becca: GET THE HECK OUT OF MY HOUSE JOE!!!! Joe: GLADLY!!! Becca: (holding the door open for him) Joe: (starting to walk out, but stopping to tell her one more thing) And just so we're clear, Im changing the plans alittle. I wont speak to you until she comes back to me. And if she does, then MAYBE I'll consider it He glared at her once more before walking out to his car. Becca: I HATE YOU JOE!!! (slamming the door and falling onto the floor crying as she heard him speed off) **With Natasha and Nick as all this drama was happening** They had already eaten dinner and were splitting a HUGE triple chocolate cake that was covered in steaming hot fudge. (in this story Nick isnt a diabetic....yet) He was telling her how he and his brothers had a real passion for singing, and she was fascinated with every second of it. Natasha: That is so cool that you guys can write music like that Nick: Ya we've been doing it since I was like 12 and im 17 now so, ya Natasha: Are you good? Nick: Well I hope so since we've been doing it for so long Natasha: You should try going pro and making it big in Hollywood Nick: We want to, really bad Natasha: You know, now that I can picture you guys singing, you three together would make a good band, with THOUSANDS of screaming girls surrounding the stage Nick: (leaning back and smiling) Ahhhh, sounds nice Natasha: Hahaha, Hmmm, what would be a good band name for you guys? Nick: I dont know, we've kinda settled on one called Sons of Jonas Natasha: Uhhhh, Nick? I hate to be critical but, thats not really a good name for a band Nick: Really? Natasha: Ya, I'd try again Nick: (thinking it in his head) Ooo ya you're right, that doesnt sound very good Natahsa: Hmmm, three brothers, in a band, all with the same last names, hmmmmm Nick: Band of brothers.....brothers Jonas.....Jonas....hmm this is hard (stuffing some chocolate cake into his mouth) Natasha: Wait, say that again? Nick: (through a moutful of cake) This is hard? Natasha: (giggling at his sloppyness) No, before that you slob Nick: Oh (swallowing and wiping his mouth) You mean brothers Jonas? Natasha: Ya! Switch that around Nick: Jonas brothers? Natasha: (slowing starting to smile and nod her head yes) Perfect Nick: (smiling too) Ya, I like that.
