I am doing this in a healthy matter! I eat right and workout 1 yes 1 time a day for 30 minutes to 1 hour! There is nothing wrong with what I am doing. If you have a problem dont comment and dont watch them. Even if I got down to 110 I am still in a normal bmi & healthy weight for my height. I don't plan on doing that I but I would like to be 125 pound range no lower than 120! To lose belly fat you have to lose it all over along with abdominal excercises for toning and losing inches.
