Taylor Joe and Kevin were playing a board game in the kitchen and Mom and Dad were heading to bed. I was just watching them play while checking my blood sugar. HA! No!! Thats cheating! You cant do that! I looked down at my finger I just pricked. I saw blurriness, and I was trying to make my eyes focus but they wouldnt. Seconds later I couldnt see anything through my blurriness. Nick? Whats- MOM! The last words I heard before I woke up in a strange place. I was in a dark room, with large murals hung in every corner of the walls. There were 5 corners not 4. I saw Kevin and Ashley In one of the corners almost hidden. Kevin? I tried to say the words wouldnt come out. He ignored me and he and Ashley vanished. Then Demi appeared right in front of me. Her face looked horrified. She pointed to something behind me. I turned around to see a bright light. Then I woke up. Is He awake yet? I opened my eyes. I was on Joes bed in his bedroom. I had a cold ice pack on my forehead. Mom was sitting beside me. Joe was standing at the door. Hey, Honey Mom took the ice pack off my head. I rubbed my eyes. The light was bright, the one on Joes bedside table next to me. H-hey. I said weekly. What happened? You passed out again. Mom answered. Joe still said nothing; he just stood at the door way watching us. Again I repeated. I felt like an idiot. I need help I saw Joe look down trying to hold in a laugh, when mom giggled too. No, your fine Nick your blood sugar was low thats part of it. Joe, dont even say the other part youve made fun of me enough. I glared at him. I cant handle blood, was the other part.
