So, I decided assemble little thermostat with thermoresistor 5kOm and operational amplifier. The schem is Schmitt trigger on LM358 and Bulgarian transistor 2T3850 p-n-p 1983 :) It works fine on Ucc=5V! Now, I'll assemble it on little plate and I will put it inside in my laptop.
