Title: The Ultimate Dedication to Brolly View count: 21864 Rating: 4.85 (234 ratings) Description: It Took Quite Some Time To Make This It Has The Song "Lonely Soul" By Unkle I Think It Turned Out Alright As strong as Broli was, his emotional instability was greater. Fearing Broli's state of mind, Paragus had a scientist create a special control device to keep Broli controlled. Successful in controlling him, Paragus planned to have revenge on King Vegeta's son. When Broli encountered Son Goku his behavior became erratic, driven to attack Goku without provocation over a perceived childhood trauma. Eventually, Broli overpowered the device, fully manifesting his powers and unleashing his fury on Goku, Vegeta, Son Gohan, Future Trunks, Piccolo, and his own father. The Z warriors eventually channeled their energy into Goku, who with one last powerful blow seemingly killed Broli. Broli survived and entered a Saiyan Space Pod, coincidently landing on Earth. The crater caused by his landing filled up with water and froze over time, during which he fell into a coma. During this time, Gohan grew up, Son Goten was born and Goku was in the Afterlife. In an adventure to collect the Dragon Balls, Goten, Trunks, and Gohan find themselves in the mountain range where Broli crashed. Broli awakens and Goten, Trunks, Videl, and Gohan became victims to his rampage. It was only after some spiritual help from Goku that they were able to send Broli straight into the sun. After death, he is mentioned to still be causing trouble in Hell. It is later revealed that a sample of his blood was preserved, which was used to clone Broli in a bioengineering laboratory. With his power, the Broli clone shatters the tank in which he was created. Once in open air, the liquid that drenched the clone became corrosive and devoured cellular matter that was unlike itself, turning the clone into a bio-mutant. This Bio-Broli goes on a rampage, causing leaks in other bio-liquid containers and spilling them throughout the laboratory and the island on which it was located. Goten and Trunks help others escape from the lab and fire ki blasts onto the sea, causing a tidal wave to flood the island and solidifying the bio-liquid, neutralizing the hazard. However, Bio-Broli reemerged as a giant only to be solidified himself. Seeing their opportunity, Goten, Trunks, and Kuririn blasted the indurate clone into oblivion. Thus, at the end of 2000, there began a new flurry of speculation and hearsay that grew over time into the rumors that exist now. Interestingly, despite the dramatic changes the rumors have undergone since the original Majin.com article (not to mention the obvious lack of a new Dragon Ball series since 1997), the myth of Dragon Ball AF has endured to the present day among many non-Japanese fans, a fact which baffles those who are more knowledgeable. However, the reason for the rumor's popularity most likely stems from a more-or-less constant influx of new fans, who are unaware that there is no new Dragon Ball in production. The Daizenshuu EX Dragon Ball AF "April Fools'" print advertisement. The Daizenshuu EX Dragon Ball AF "April Fools'" print advertisement. In 2004, the noted Dragon Ball fansite Daizenshuu EX played upon the long-standing rumors in an April Fools' prank.[1] While not the first time that a fansite has "announced" the series as a joke (it is a tradition that goes back to April 2001), their version was certainly the most elaborate: both a printed flyer and a commercial were made using existing artwork, and a new logo was created in Adobe Photoshop. The prank, from its conception to its execution, is documented as an in-depth feature on Daizenshuu EX. Both the "flyer" and "commercial" were full of hints (in Japanese) that they were not genuine, though many fans who did not know Japanese were quick to believe them wholeheartedly, in spite of the date. Although well-intended and well-done, this hoax caused quite a bit of confusion, helping to increase (at least temporarily) the already-rampant amount of fan speculation. Both the logo and flyer created by the webmasters of Daizenshuu EX have since appeared, bereft of their original context, on other websites. Those who are unaware of this prank may then be even more likely to believe in the rumors, an unintended consequence of the ease with which information is disseminated over the Internet. The flyer turned out to be rather self-referential in its humour, e.g. under the logo it reads "It's true! I heard it from a friend!". Goku was a low class Saiyan that was sent to destroy Earth. His father, Bardock, was disappointed when his power level was only 2. When he was sent to Earth, he bumped his head and got a case of amnesia. He was pure hearted from then on. He was adopted by Grandpa Son Gohan, who was his first trainer. He accidentally killed his "grandfather" when he turned into an Oozaru (by looking into the moonlight). He was found by a young girl named Bulma when she went to search for seven mystic balls called the Dragonballs. Tags: brolly, broly, dbz, dragonball, gohan, goku, trunks, vegeta, z, Author: mace180 |
