Title: The Sims 3 - Modern House 4 View count: 155 Rating: 5.0 (1 ratings) Description: Hi everyone, This my fourth Modern House for the Sims 3, I hit a wall and couldn't think of anything to build or to replicate so after awhile I came up with this beauty . This is a 4 bedroom 5 bathroom house and I must say that I am very proud of it. My Sims 3 Launcher would not let me upload this house (I think because of the custom content) so its not for download...yet, I may have to make a copy of the house an delete all the custom content and redecorate so I can upload it. This house has a lot of custom content because I was thinking of trying something different for a change, houses start to all look the same after awhile.
