McKell: yes, thats why it hurts so much to have him going with Stacey to the dance, I was going to ask, while we were alone, and It would have been more romantic than just asking out of the blue at Chilis. Miley: Hell come to his senses. Just have fun at the dance with Chad. If hes a friend, just enjoy your time with him. Then talk to Joe and make up. McKell: Yeah, thanks Miley, oh and dont tell anyone what we have said, because its big and I dont think Im ready to tell anyone. Miley: Youre secret if safe with me. We got back to Gabriellas house and put the food on the counter. Gabriella: The pizza will be here in like 20 minutes. McKell: K Sharpay: And lets promise, no more boys tonight! Jocelyn: Amen! The doorbell rang 25 minutes later and the pizza arrived. We continued to have our girls night enjoying the freedom from boy troubles. Although I couldnt help but want to give Joe a goodnight kiss, and to tell him that I love him. Everyone was already asleep, but I couldnt sleep when Joe and I were mad at each other. I looked at my phone contemplating on whether or not to call him. I scrolled through my contacts. Would he even answer the phone? I stood up and went outside. It was kind of chilly but I didnt care. I sat on the porch swing and dialed his number. It continued to ring until it went to his voicemail. McKell: Uh, hey Joe, I just wanted to talk to you. Uh just call me back when you get the chance. Lov- Bye. I hung up. Maybe he was asleep. Who am I kidding? Joe never goes to sleep at midnight. I sighed and started walking towards the park. Once I got there I sat on the swing and stared down at the ground. I heard footsteps and I looked up to see Joe walking towards me. I just looked down at the ground again. Joe: you could catch a cold. McKell: Im fine, I just needed to clear my head. Did you get my message? Joe: No, I cant seem to find my phone. I think Nick has my phone. Mckell: that makes sense. So. What are you doing here? Joe: I needed to clear my head. But I was smart and brought my jacket. I just looked away from him. he sat on the swing next to me. There was an uncomfortable silence between us. McKell: well, I should go back before they notice Im missing. Joe: wait, Ill walk you, you shouldnt walk by yourself. He took his jacket off and put it around my shoulders. I slipped my arms through and put it on. Mckell: Thanks. Joe: no problem. We started walking towards Gabriellas house in silence. There was a good foot or two between us as we walked. Gosh I just wanted to kiss him. His hair was curly, his shirt was tight and it outlined his perfect muscles, his face had this rugged look to him. I guess I just didnt notice it earlier, because we were actually talking then. We got to Gabriellas house and on the porch. McKell: Thanks. Joe: yep, maybe Ill talk to you tomorrow? McKell: maybe. I turned around ready to walk inside. My hand was on the door handle. I heard his footsteps on the stairs. I turned back around. Mckell: wait. He turned around confused. He was one step lower than I was so he was eye level with me. I threw my arms around his neck and kissed him. He was shocked at first, but after a couple seconds he loosened into the kiss and wrapped his arms around me pulling me closer. One of my hands moved to his hair as his tongue slid over my bottom lip begging for entrance. I opened my mouth and our tongues battled for dominance. This kiss was more intense than any of our others. I moaned as his mouth moved against mine. I had been craving this, and apparently he had too. After a couple more minutes the front door opened and all the girls except Sharpay and Alex stood wide eyed. We jumped apart. Sharpay and Alex were glaring at Joe with their arms folded over there chest. Sharpay: I have to thank you Joe, you are the whole reason were having this girls night. Thanks for returning her. I looked away from him. Joe: well, I should probably go. Alex: Yes, you should. He turned around ready to go. McKell: Joe, wait your jacket. Joe turned around. Joe: Keep it. I smiled lightly as he walked away. But then the girls drug me into the house. Ok, so the picture at the end of the video is how i pictured Joe in this chapter. I just love this picture *SIGH* i have a whole bunch of photo's of him that i found yesterday, i had a hard time breathing that's how hot he was. haha jk, but damn he was fine!
