It merely follows a pattern of cover-up that involved the torture of prisoners, in Florida, for example, where Jeb Bush reassigned a case from a state attorney, who obtained nine indictments against prison guards, to then state attorney Schorstein, Jacksonville, who promptly unindicted the guards despite video evidence showing prisoner abuse. Victims of torture are unable to get their day in court because either does the DOJ plead the state secrets defense, or Senators and Congressmen call judges ex parte to intimidate them to obstruct justice.
