Title: Metal Syphon in The Beva And A True American Toilet ... View count: 334 Rating: 5.0 (4 ratings) Description: Here we have The Beva with a metal Japkap style syphon, this is the first time I've flushed it, and it refills itself fully afterwards. Excuse the mess in the shed, I didn't have time to tidy up, and I'm yet to put some shelfs under the work bench for extra cisterns etc. The syphon isn't as fast as regular syphons, due to the small outlet (It's actually a high level one) but as you can see, it fills up, syphons out and fills back up again! It isn't the best of flushes I got from it, some were much better. The toilet you see after, the "Hygienic Si.wel.clo" is actually a rare American toilet! Made by Trenton Potteries Co, 5 gallon flush, and an open front and back seat, plastic coated wood. Needs some restoring, and the pan a good clean but I've just given it a quick wash for the time being. I think it's a summer job to get it working, as I need a lot of space due to it's HUGE cistern which you shall see in the replacement video, and I need to build a complicated water recirculation system to actually hold around 6 gallons of water at once. I plan to have 4 toilets set up in here, all in a line on the wall that the Ventura is on, and possibly keep one or two pans to switch over. Enjoy!
