It's clearly been stated that Taylor Swift's young, talented blood is totally desired on the Vampire Diaries. The show's writer-producer has spoken out that he has approached Swift to guest star on the CW show. As sweet and innocent that Taylor appears, Kevin Williamson reportedly wants her to play a vampire, and according to him, he wants her to be like Kirsten Dunst in 'Interview with the Vampire'. In fact, this Vampire Diaries guy says, "I cannot tell you how hard I'm trying to get her - I would kill to have her on the show." Sounds like he's thinking all about the show! I mean, getting Taylor Swift on the show would probably increase ratings a bunch, especially after the singer recently gave a viewing boost to SNL when she doubled-up as host and musical guest. She's since been praised for showcasing some - maybe not 'serious' - but 'comedic- acting chops. Plus, it's not news that she's pretty much taking over the musical world with win-after-win at awards show after awards show. Apparently, there is ZERO confirmation that Taylor will indeed take a blood-sucking guest spot on Vampire Diaries, but it does seem like the young star wants to branch out more into the acting world.
