Joe and Kevin dropped the clothes and stared at me. Joe: Are you serious? I just smiled. Joe: 20 questions. I'm thinking of someone. Kevin: Can I go? Kevin looked to Joe who didn't say no so Kevin continued. Kevin: Is it a girl? Is Nick moving too fast with this girl? Oh let me guess, her names rhymes with Serena? Joe: Yes, yes and yes. They high fived. Nick: What's wrong with Katrina? Joe: Nothing's wrong with Katrina. She's a great girl. Kevin: It's just... You haven't known her that long. Love isn't a word us Jonases just throw around. Nick: Don't tell me love doesn't come to your mind when you're with Erin. Kevin clearly couldn't deny it because he just turned his head this way and that like he was searching for something. Kevin: I want some Starbucks. Joe: Dont you mean you want some Erin? It was obvious that Joe thought he was hilarious. Kevin took his car keys off the nightstand. Kevin: No, I want coffee. Joe: You want Erin! Ladidadida! Kevin: Oh be quiet! They continued bickering as I followed them from the hotel room and to the elevator. By the time Joe hit the button for the first floor, they were onto a new conversation. They were talking but I wasnt listening to the conversation. I was trying to figure out where Katrina and I stood. We sorta kissed but maybe that was all it would ever be. Maybe she didnt want to be my girlfriend. Joe: So what do you think Nick? Nick: Huh? Joe: Who would you rather be, Superman or the Hulk? I thought about that. I could either turn into a big green monster or wear tights. Nick: Superman. Thats not for the flying or super strength like youd think. My real reason is the fact that Superman gets the girl. Joes POV When we got to Starbucks, Kevin hopped up on the counter where Erin was. Erin: To what do I owe this pleasure? Kevin: I wanted to see you. Joe: Ha, I told you it wasnt about the coffee. Kevin tore his eyes away from Erin for a moment to glare at me. Joe: Backing off, backing off. I took a slow step backwards. Erin looked like she suddenly remembered something. Erin: Joe! Joe: What? Erin: How do you feel about blind dates? I didnt like where this was going. Joe: Wait, what? No. Erin: No no. Shes awesome. Shes very down to earth. You two are pretty similar. Joe: She sounds great and all but She was doing a puppy dog pout. Her lip was quivering and everything. How could I say no to that? I sighed. Joe: Okay. She did a little happy jump. Her smile had a way of making you want to smile. Erin: Yay I cant wait to tell Yasmin! A smile spread across my face. Joe: Yasmin I like that name. Kevins POV Erin had to help customers so I sat at a table sipping a carmel macchiato. We were only approached once which was very nice. I guess it didnt really matter cause Big Rob was never more than a block away from us. Joe and Nick got bored so they left to go do whatever it is they like to do. Once it cleared out, I went back to talking to Erin. Erin: It was hysterical cause Christy just sat right next to Marisas older brother and started talking to him about some movie. We were in the kitchen trying to stop laughing. The best part was when she said It was nice talking to you. Then she shook his hand. It was so hilariously awkward to watch. Kevin: I can just imagine the look on his face. I laughed as I lay back on the counter so my head was touching the very bottom of her stomach. She looked into my eyes. Erin: So anything interesting happen since this morning? Kevin: Me and Joe got in a clothes fight, Nicks falling in love with Kat and- Erin: What?! Lord Kev, just spill the beans! Im so tired because I spent the night at my friend Marisas house and everyone stayed awake all night long. Then we went on her balcony/roof/deck thingy to watch the sunrise. The thing I mentioned about Christy and Marisas brother, Joseph was true. Someone dared her to just walk into the tv room where he was on the couch watching tv and sit next to him.
