Title: Surprise wedding first dance Kellers View count: 956 Rating: 3.6 (5 ratings) Description: Chris and I didn't want a normal "first dance" for our Wedding! So... It the Summer of 2008, before we were even engaged but of course knew we wanted to get married, we started thinking of music. It was a blast! We watched a lot of these dances on Rock the Reception to get ideas. While were in Hawaii for the NFL Pro Bowl, Chris proposed to me at the top of Diamond Head on February 9, 2009. It was the most amazing, beautiful moment! We even talked about our "first dance" that day. About a month before our Wedding, we found an awesome choreographer, Nikki Stanek (look for her on YouTube), who choreographed our dance. We practiced every week, several times a week for about a month before our Wedding. It was a very fun and exciting time for us... Our dreams were coming true! Finally, the time came when our DJ announced us for our first dance. I think some of our guests thought we had something up our sleeve because that is just how Chris and I are, especially my Mom. The music started and the rest... Well, take a look!
