The Soldiers in the video are not in basic training, they are professionals using a combination of shouting, physical exertion, and personal motivation to push soldiers hard enough to identify their own physical limitations. This is a live fire exercise and nothing in the video was rehearsed ahead of time, multiple safeties and safeguards are in place for this event, do not attempt Stress Shoots without a proper risk assessment and mitigating factors. The soldier shooting has already completed a two mile march, one mile run, additional calisthenics and is finishing a fifty meeter drag of a 150lbs litter.
