Because I only write, for YOU GUYS. & When YOU GUYS don't comment, it doesnt motivate me. __ Ivy glided into the bathroom, every girl stopped their gossip and lipgloss strokes. She didn't say a word. Her eyes said everything for her. Every girl swiftly picked up their bags and belongings, walking out staring in her piercing blue eyes. Ivy smiled, and leaned against the wall. But not the usual smile you'd see on a girl like her. A smile so fake, so, un- real, a smile she fabricated herself to keep it together. But it didn't work, not this time. Not without envious girls, and guys with impure thoughts surrounding her. The tears she once refused to escape flowed over her eyes, and wouldn't stop. Ivy kicked off her boots, and slid down the wall, catching a reflection of herself in the long mirror. She stopped once she hit the floor, letting her eyes linger in the mirror. The mascara streaks and the red lipstick was enough to make her sick. She laid down on the floor, the tears coming harder and harder. She clutched the cross she wore, once for decoration. "Please.. keep her safe up there," she said, sobs breaking up the words. But that wasn't the only thing. She knew what she was. She just couldn't admit it. And she wasn't going to change anything. It was the one thing that kept her a normal, and not being the girl who got looks of disgust from other kids. Her violent tears stopped, or she hoped. She stood up, and grabbed a paper towel and water. She scrubbed at her mascara stains, and took off her makeup. Ivy disgusted herself with the amount of left over foundation on the paper towel. How did she become so.. fake? Ivy took off her dress, and slipped a pair of jeans and a tee shirt on, with her cow boy boots over top. She stuffed the dress in the trash can and walked out of the bathroom. The clock read 10:40, somehow, the bell rang during the time she was in there. Ivy pulled out her schedule getting a glimpse of her wallpaper on her phone. The tears threatened to spill over again, but she ignored them and forced them away. She unfolded her schedule and looked down to period 4, calculus. "Hey, Ivy, right?" She heard a velvet voice behind her. She slowly turned around and noticed a boy, a beautiful one, with curly luscious locks, looking at her face, not her chest, for a change. Ivy sniffled, once, just to signal something. "Yeah, do you know where Mr. Norris' room is?" Ivy asked quietly. This boy made her feel, naïve, vulnerable, yet perfect, in every way. "I'm going there now, come on I'll walk you," he said, "I'm Nick. By the way. Were.. you crying?" He asked suddenly. Ivy skidded to a stop, her boots leaving a slight mark on the floor. "Uhm, yeah," Ivy said, and continued to walk. "Wanna talk? I'm a good listener," he said as he directed her right. She followed subconsciously, weird. "It's a rather long story. Maybe later. I think I have it from here," Ivy said. Sure, she could have been nicer in her response. He was only trying to be nice, but she didn't want nosy people right now. Nick stood there dazed, and got the sudden urge to be by her side. Her attitude was screw you, but there was something deeper, way deeper, underneath that. He could tell, Ivy wasn't just a pretty bitch, like most girls. And this intrigued him. comment..?(: &I own nothing. Tags: commentt., Author: rachelxojonassxo |
