So Part 4 isn't COMPLETELY useless. Why the delay? Well I was waiting for something. I heard B.Rap Boys will be emulated soon enough. Don't quite much care for the developer's priorities focused on a fighting game called "Shogun Warriors" really, people have been CLAMORING for the sequel to DJ Boy to be emulated. So why not that game FIRST? Seriously, how many fucking fighting games are there? B.Rap Boys has an AVGN looking sumbitch that beats the shit out of people while riding a motherfucking BIKE! How many beat 'em ups let alone games do you know that have THAT? Well as long as they're doing work on it, it's all good.
