These give me the Moonstone that they owed me, and got rid of the extra Emerald and Diamond that I had, so now my inventory is right. On disc 1-3 the White Ghost can be found around Treno. But on disc 4 it seems to only show up on the little grassy area by Quan's Dwelling. Don't know why. The other benefit of this is that I can now attack Ozma.
