Title: "Pastors! Set an Example!" part 2, Rev. Anton T. Wesley View count: 22 Rating: 5.0 (4 ratings) Description: Preachers have the unenviable task of warning people that they are in error, and that they are behaving in a way that will bring down the wrath of God upon them. This is difficult enough when you are talking with the laity; but it becomes truly difficult when you must preach to the clergy. At the very best you may be accused of feathering your own nest, and at the worst, you can be accused of outright hypocrisy. That is the bad news. However, as is always the case when we deal with our Father through His Son, there is good news also. The good news is that God is little interested in mans opinion about His commands. When a pastor stands and delivers a word to himself and other pastors, as word that is true and faithful, then God the Father, His Son and the Holy Spirit are pleased. Who cares what a man thinks, so long as God is pleased? Listen to the man of God as he brings a word under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, a word of exhortation, reproof and rebuke for preachers- himself included.
