The headmistress reported that Danielle was missing. The videotape showed them that Destiny had helped Danielle. Téa was stunned to learn that Matthew was in the same school as her daughter. David asked Bo and Nora if they were going to tell Clint they were in love, warning that Clint would probably shoot them. Clint surprised them by walking into the living room in London. "We have a lot to talk about," Nora told her husband. A phone call from Matthew's school interrupted that conversation. Nora and Bo were stunned to learn that Matthew was missing. Bo, Nora and Clint headed to the school and threatened legal action, then ran into Téa. "What are you doing here?" Nora asked, wondering if Téa helped Matthew run away. "No one messes with my daughter," Téa said to a shocked Nora — who until then hadnt known Téa had a child. Matthew and Dani boarded a plane to Seattle. Dani called Destiny Matthew's soul mate. Matthew wondered if guys even had soul mates. Dani told Matthew that his parent would freak when they realize he was missing, and the two commiserated about their parents. Dani was stunned when he referred his attorney as "that shark Téa Delgado." Matthew was equally as shocked to learn that Téa was Dani's mom. Oliver came home and explained to Kyle that his face was covered with dirt because "I crawled through an empty grave." Oliver took a shower and Kyle suggested they not leave the apartment, which led to a kiss. Layla showed up at the diner to talk to Cristian. She admitted she didn't want to do this "without you, explaining that Cristian made her feel good and she didn't want to give that up. Layla wondered if she was using Evangeline as an excuse not to get hurt. "So what do you think?" Layla asked. Cris grabbed her and started to kiss her. Cris and Layla kissed their way back to the apartment, where they interrupted a kiss between Oliver and Kyle. Layla was ready to give up the apartment to Kyle and Oliver. Kyle thought they should slow down a bit. "Let's take our time. Get reacquainted," Kyle suggested. On their way to San Francisco, Brody and John discussed Mitch Laurence. Brody was stunned to learn that Mitch was Jessica's father. "I thought Clint was Jessica's dad," a confused Brody asked John, who revealed that Mitch had been "killed five years ago." Rex was dumbstruck when he realized that Mitch Laurence was his father, convinced it had to be a lie. Rex wanted to know if Mitch had called Corrine, who explained that Walter had been involved in Mitch's cult. Rex wondered if Mitch had raped Roxy, and remembered that Roxy had said his father was really evil. Had Roxy had been hiding the truth that Mitch had been alive all this time? Rex asked, and hoped that the birth certificate was incorrect. In Napa, Mitch quoted some scripture-like verse. "Mitch," Jessica said, "you are dead." Mitch asked them to come to him. Jared was stunned to learn the man was Mitch. Mitch grabbed Natalie "my wife" and threatened to harm her. "Why aren't you dead?" a panicked Jessica asked. Mitch began to explain how he had resurrected himself. "Daddy's back now. Let the healing begin," he sneered. Mitch alluded to some "ancient father and son bond." Natalie looked confused. Jared panicked. Things got worse when Mitch pulled a gun on Natalie, Jared and Jessica. Destiny told David that Matthew was with someone else, Dani. "She likes him. I can tell," Destiny sighed, adding that Matthew clearly liked Dani as well. David told her that he wouldn't be returning to Llanview with her. "I'll miss you," she said. "We make a great Téam, don't we?" he replied. David suggested she give Matthew a little time. Kyle, Oliver, Layla and Cristian all watched their favorite Christmas movie — Christina Comes Home For Christmas — together. Neville was stunned to learn David would be staying, and admitted he knew many princesses and duchesses. David was quite intrigued.
