The baitcast combo is an Abu Garcia Black Max rod AND reel, and I reccomend that anyone who likes to bass fish should buy it. Only $60.00 at Academy for the combo! Also, I think that ZOOM soft plastics are amazing, but don't forget about other brands. Wave worms are great too, and are very similar to Gary Yamamoto senkos. The color of plastics that I like to throw are red shad, green pumpkin, watermelon, black emerald, black, white, and chartreuse. But I'm always trying out new colors.
