These creatures are known as the Moon Rabbits. Of these Moon Rabbits, one of them stands out in particular for her amazing ability. This strange rabbit goes by the name of Reisen Udongein Inaba. Reisen is different from the rest of the rabbits, in that her ability is one of insanity. Using only her eyes, she can trick one into seeing things that aren't actually there, scaring them with devilish illusions and throwing them into confusion and madness. While they fight off the illusions, it leaves them open to attack or gives Reisen a chance to escape. A peculiar power. Her powers have a downside however... Enjoy! Even though she's more accurate to the source game than ATUSI's (which isn't half bad either, esepcially for an edit, but I'll get to that later) with the bullet spam, I had fun playing with her in SWR, and I like her bullet style. At least her bullets are actual bullets and not energy orbs or stars or whatever, and they're not too hard to get around. Because of that she was one of the weaker characters in SWR, but that doesn't mean she's weak in MUGEN, especially considering the way Shiroto edited her. Shiroto's Reisen is mostly done in the Melty Blood style, with the bullet madness of Scarlet Weather Rhapsody thrown in. Yes, it's as deadly as it sounds. She has most, if not all of her SWR moves (how he fit them all in there is somethin' else), but the main thing is her close-range normals, both standing and crouching, can now be chained into each other, and with her newly added launcher you can take opponents into the air for more combo fun. Her bullets just pile on the damage, and as the AI in this video shows they make for some awfully powerful combos. Almost makes her supers uselss...almost. Her Magaki-esque super is a real killer. Overall she's a little overpowered, but Reisen's not bad at all for a touhou character. ATUSI's Reisen, however, is more of the close range type, and is much more balanced for MUGEN. All of her bullet special moves are gone except for a couple, and have been replaced with familiar-looking specials and supers from other fighting games. She also has some strikers (meh) in touhous Youmu, Yuyuko, Sakuya, and Remilia. They assist her in various ways, from counters to stopping time to throwing trains at your opponent (lolwut). Despite her super close-range normals, Reisen actually has ways to get in on the opponent, and they can link together and launch them into the air for more damage, like Shiroto's. A good edit overall.
