This Evil Ken is an edit time forgot. It was released at MFG in 2007 in practically an early beta state. The effects are shoddy. Some attacks make him float away unless hit (it looks like the scene where Charlie and Grandpa are floating in the room with the soda in Willy Wonka but that's besides the point), his powercharge reverts him to SvC sprites, his stance at 3 power stocks is jerky, his AI is cornerfun, his chaining is too high, his damage values are too high, and his attack is set to 150 (I forget if I did that or if it came like that). Why was this left as-is? unbekowNst should pick this thing back up and finish it. Komachi is the one RP char to have been a SSB-styled char then revamped to the current playstyle (Meiling hasn't been revamped yet, Yukari never got released in SSB format). She's kinda technical (no QCF specials, just DP and RDP specials, a B, F+X/Y/Z special, and a D, D special that's a teleport), but some QCF supers. Her Deep Fog Ferriage (QCBx2+B) seems a bit stiff, and only comes out if I do QCBx3 or something like that, and for some reason, Judgment Scythe (HCB+C) seems to be really easy to do on a keyboard.
