I instantly stood up straighter just thinking about his smile. After talking to Kevin and some girl, then bugging Nick about another girl, I found Joe. Well, more like he found me anyway. We hugged and he told me he wanted me to meet someone. He strode quickly away and I was a bit confused but did my best to keep up. He seemed awfully eager about seeing this person. It better not be a girl. I've waited through Taylor and Camilla, I'm not putting up with another one. It was just a matter of time before he realised we were meant to be together. We reached the entrance to their dressing room and he told me to wait outside. He closed the door slightly, but leaving it open. I peered through the crack and my heart broke. He wrapped his arms around this girl and she looked up at him happily. Shoot, they were smitten. I had to find a way to get this girl out. They hugged, and as much as I hated to admit it, they were a cute couple. "You can come in now Conny!" he yelled. I jumped when he said my name, just like I always did. He had this weird effect on me sometimes. I walked in quickly, hoping to end the little love-fest, and the girls jaw dropped when she saw me. "Ohmygosh Constance Pozniak!" the girl said excitedly. "Joe! How long have you been hiding her!" she yelled, punching him in the arm jokingly. If he was mine I would never hurt him. I narrowed my eyes at her. "Well this isn't the reaction I was hoping for." Joe whined, cradling his arm. She giggled and kissed his cheek. Yuck. He got all giddy and looked out to space. That was enough. She had to go. She turned to me and I put my friendly face on and smiled at her as she gushed about my CD or something. Joe suddenly snapped back. She looked back at him adoringly. "Oh, this is my..." he hesitated, looking at the girl as if to confirm something. She prodded him on with her eyes. "girlfriend, maddy." He finished. "Oh, so nice to meet you!" I said in my fake friendly voice. This was going to be harder then I thought, but nothing was changed. She had to go, and I had a plan. But I needed to think it out, so I made my exit. "Oh, would you look at the time! I have to go." I said apologetically. "Oh, so soon?" Joe said, looking at me, mildly interested. "Uh, yeah. Bye!" I said, hugging each of them briefly and walking out of the room. I hid behind some speakers outside the door and saw Joe leave, then shortly after, maddy emerged from the door. I guessed maddy was headed towards the bathroom so I took a shortcut to reach it first. When there I saw Joe and ducked, making sure I was out of his view. Madz walked closer to me and I suddenly stood up as she walked past. "Maddy!" I hissed, not being able to stand far from the wall. "Oh hey Constance!" she said happily. "Yeah hi, okay listen." I said. She nodded and leaned in to hear me. "Stay away from Joe." I stated. She backed away. "What?" she asked, dumbfounded. Y"ou heard me. Back off." I insisted. "Okay, he's my boyfriend, so I have every right to be with him." She said confidently. I glared at her. "Just watch yourself." I warned. She just looked back at me and nodded, trying her hardest to walk away. I watched her walk over to Joe. Perfect. I grinned deviously, and ran to the dressing room. Sorry if this is repetitive.
