I snapped at nick for the first time. He took a step back. Im sor- he stopped himself and continued. He gave me another hug and led me to my bed and I fell asleep after nick left. I had a horrible nightmare! Dream/flashback: I was lying in my bed watching TV before I went to bed. I forgot, I never put my pajamas on; I went over to my dresser all the way down to the last drawer where I keep sweats and pajama pants & put them on. Suddenly I heard a loud thump. It was my dad. I could hear him coming down the stairs to my room. I got up and hid under my bed. Selena! Selena! I know youre down here! my dad yelled after me. He reached the bottom of the stairs and kneeled down on the floor to look under the bed. I held my breath so he couldnt hear me gasping for air. He paused looking under my bed and couldnt see me because a blanket was in front of me. He got up and I needed air. I took a big breath and he heard me. He jumped back on the ground and found me. You know I dont like hide and go seek baby girl. You need to be punished. He pulled me out from under the bed by my legs. I started to scream and cry. SHUT UP! he yelled at me. I tried to run away but he out ran me. He grabbed me and slid my pans off and the slammed against the ground. He picked me up and led me back to my bed while I was kicking and screaming. He got on top of me and I kicked him. I missed my target and he slapped me across the face. I cried, whined, screamed, winced in pain while he roughly raped me.END OF DREAM/FLASHBACK (that really happened it wasnt only a dream) I woke up screaming and David ran down stairs. I told him all about my dream and he hugged me and slept in my room with me for the rest of the night. I dont know what I would do with out David. He saved me. FLASHBACK: My dad was trying to rape me as usual, like every night. He rips my pants off. Nobody ever knows about this. I cant tell anyone, even David. If I tell anyone my dad will only do worse. The only thing I can do is just try to stop him myself. My dad was holding me against the wall so I couldnt run away before he got me to the bed. We were over by my desk when I tried to wiggle my way through and I got away. Except, from being so un-steady, I immediately tripped over my desk sending my lamp to fall over and crash on the ground. It made a huge thud followed by a shattering noise. He got me to my bed and began to enter me rapidly. I heard a door open and sudden squeaks in the floor above me. I started screaming on the top of my lungs hoping and praying somebody would help me. Somebody opened my door so I started to cough really loud so my father couldnt hear the door open and run. I screamed GET OFF OF ME over and over until David reached the bottom of the stairs and saw my dad furiously raping me. He quickly ran over and punched my dad in the face. My dads fell back and passed out David ran to me and helped me get my clothes back on and call the cops. The cops arrived and sent him to jail. How long has this been happening? David said quietly.
