La famiglia Russo è entusiasta all'idea di partire per una indimenticabile vacanza nei Caraibi, luogo in cui Theresa e Jerry si sono conosciuti e hanno incoronato il loro sogno d'amore. Sembrerebbero tutti contenti, eccetto Alex, che non vuole partire insieme ai suoi genitori per questa vacanza.
