It was my first time taking one not to mention, I'm not an avid coffee drinker so the effects were pretty dramatic. I was all over the place for like 3 hours. In the fourth, I was starting to mellow out, but still felt somewhat energetic. By the time I got home, I was toasted. I felt like the Sandman hit me with a sand bag.
