Title: MILITARY MOTHER'S DAY Music Video MISSION NOT ACCOMPLISHED View count: 2007 Rating: 3.3333333 (12 ratings) Description: I've made this video for Mother's Day, featuring a slow and pretty country music love ballad track, in particular for Moms with family overseas and in harm's way. We tie our ribbons for you. This is a yellow ribbon for you for Sunday, May 11, 2008... God bless you for your sacrifice. My aunt was a nurse in the Australian Army who got wounded by schrapnel moving the wounded, in the Phillipines, during WWII. It was a Japanese bomb. My dad was with her, a young man. He was a drummer in his youth for a jazz band in Australia, and loved Buddy Rich, Gene Krupa, Benny Goodman, all the Big Band Era stuff. But I caught him repeating rap lines once! They both loved America and would have held our old American flag up to counterprotest the Westboro Baptist Church if they were still around. Actually dad might have done more than that, he was a tough cookie and his best friend was a sherrif's deputy who was a US veteran, our closest family friend. Frank would have joined him on THAT mission I imagine. Anna Jarvis was the lady who promoted Mother's Day as a holiday. She demonstrated against those who commercialized it, and never married or had kids. But Happy Mother's Day to you anyway, Anna Jarvis. Millions of Moms thank you for your gift. Ms. LaReina P/S/ Thanks to my fans in California, Alabama, West Virginia, Oregon and also Finland, Norway, Poland, Oman and Macedonia!
