It was demonstrated at PDC 2005 conference running on a Vista pre-beta 2 build (propably 5219 or 5231). 'Halos' was never released to public. When you have source code of it you can compile with your custom images. However for this video i have compiled it with default ones. I find this application cool but useless because you can not change images after compiling (well, maybe you can use resource hacker but i havent tryed).
